    The event takes place on 15th and 16th March 2023 at ExCeL London,

  • What are the opening times for the event?

    Tuesday 15th March 2023:    09.00 – 18.00

  • How do I get to the venue?

  • Where can I park?

    ExCeL London has multiple car parks available. Please note that ExCeL London's parking tariff is applicable to all visitors and there is a discount for a daily pre booked rate.

  • Is it free to visit the exhibition?

    Yes, The Future Health Innovations exhibition is free to visit. Please click here to register.
    Attendance as a delegate to the CPD qualifying Conference is subject to a fee. Pricing is shown on the conference page.

  • Can I enter and exit the exhibition more than once with my badge?

    Yes, you can. Your visitor pass allows you to enter and leave as many times as you like while the exhibition is open.

  • Can I give my entry badge to a colleague once I have finished with it?

    Your badge is not transferable. Please ask your colleague to register for his or her own entry pass.

  • I need a visa to travel to London – can you help with this process?

    The Future Health Innovations organising team will be happy to provide you with an official invitation letter to assist with this process. Pre-registered delegates can email invitation@futurehealthinnovations.com with their delegate registration number.

    We cannot assist you until you have registered first. Please check with your local embassy for the official processes required and the UK Border Control website for guidance.

  • How do we book a display stand?

    For returning exhibitors, your stand will automatically be re-allocated in the same spot, unless we hear to the contrary about any preferred move.
    New Exhibitors can download the stand booking form pdf from the website, complete it, and scan it back to us. A member of our organising team will then contact you to confirm your booking.

  • We are thinking about joining the event as an exhibitor. How much does it cost?

    At Future Health Innovations we have a wide range of display stands that we can provide for you to showcase your products and services. Costs range from £2,500 to £60,000.

    From light boxes to custom build stands, we can provide the perfect platform to propel you right into the vision of our VIP buyers looking to do business with companies like yours.

    For organisations that have their own stand, we can offer you space to build your stand as you usually have it. Just let us know the width and depth of your corporate stand, and we will accommodate you on a space only booking. You can organise your stand to arrive from anywhere in the world via our freight partners ,and our operations team will assist you with its custom build.

    No custom stand? No problem. We can build your stand for you. Let us know the width and depth of the space you require, and if you aren’t sure, let us know what it is you would like to showcase at Future Health Innovations, and we can assist you with working out the best size display stand to suit your requirements.

    For Start Ups who have been trading for less than three years, you can access our start-up programme. We can offer you a fully built shell scheme stand including: a fascia board to advertise your company name, carpet, furniture and free entry into the official show guide for a fixed price to help you to manage your budget.

    With the cost ranging from just £2500 for a start-up pod package, exhibiting at Future Health Innovations is a low cost way to penetrate your target market and make significant impact on watchful VIP buyers, 84% of whom have budgets in excess of $1m dollars and who have top tier authority to spend on cross border purchasing, and deal making.
