The safety and wellbeing of our exhibitors, visitors, contractors and staff is of paramount importance to us as we look ahead to the event.
The implementation of enhanced measures will provide you with the assurance and confidence that our events have health and safety as our number one priority.
Measures Taken Are:
VENUE SANITISATION AND HYGIENE
We are ensuring that the venue is regularly sanitised with additional measures applied to high traffic and high contact areas and surfaces prior and during the event days.
BUILD UP
All build-up items and deliveries will be coordinated with ADNEC Security and be subject to sanitisation checks, controls and measures.
PHYSICAL DISTANCING AND CROWD CONTROL
Staggered entry and appropriate one-way entry and exit systems. Room capacities and event distancing will be enforced through the usage of floor stickers and directional signage.
HAND SANITISERS
There will be hand sanitiser stations positioned at key locations throughout the venue; exhibitors will also have their own supply of hand sanitisers available at their stands for both their visitors and staff.
TEMPERATURE CHECKS
Dedicated entry points for visitors and exhibitors will be equipped with thermal scanners for temperature checks prior to entering the venue.
FACE MASKS
Every attendee, exhibitor and staff is required to wear a facemask at all times when in the venue.
MINIMISING CONTACT
We are adapting a contactless format of registration and encouraging pre- registration in order to reduce queues on-site.
SAFETY OF FOOD AND STAFF
The strictest hygiene protocols apply from the point of delivery of items through to food preparation and service by our on-site caterer.
